Every rumoured Super League transfer in 2025, including Leigh Leopards

The end of the Super League season is approaching: it’s also the time when clubs start to announce new players and contract extensions for next season and beyond.

And with most clubs keeping their recruitment departments busy throughout the year, there are still reported moves that have yet to be officially announced. Here’s a look at those players.

Jake Granville (from North Queensland Cowboys to Huddersfield Giants)

Sam Davis (London Broncos to Salford Red Devils)

Salford Red Devils are interested in bringing London Broncos winger Sam Davis to the club for the 2025 season, I love Rugby League was only revealed last month.

Leigh Leopards are in talks to sign three-time NRL champion Isaac Liu from the Gold Coast Titans, according to Yorkshire live.

The 33-year-old, who made over 250 NRL appearances for the Sydney Roosters and Gold Coast Titans, was released from his contract at the end of the season and is said to be keen to take on a new challenge overseas. Liu has represented New Zealand and Samoa at international level.

Tesi Niu (From Dolphins to Leopards Leigh)

Leigh Leopards are reportedly looking to sign Tonga centre Tesi Niu for the 2025 season Sky Sportswho revealed last month, ahead of Leigh’s clash with Salford at the Magic Weekend, that Niu was set to sign a contract at Leigh Sports Village for the 2025 season.

The 23-year-old, who can play as a fullback, winger and centre, has more than 50 NRL caps for the Brisbane Broncos and Dolphins and has won six caps for Tonga, representing his Tongan heritage at the delayed 2021 World Cup in England.

Warrington Wolves are close to signing London Broncos quarterback Oli Leyland to a contract until 2025, according to the outlet. Warrington’s Keeper in August.

Wakefield Trinity have set their sights on London Broncos defender Josh Rourke for 2025, according to reports Yorkshire live.

The 24-year-old, who made his Super League debut for Salford Red Devils in 2022, has impressed for the Broncos in the top flight this year, scoring eight goals in nine games since recovering from a broken leg sustained in a pre-season friendly.

Brad Martin (Castleford Tiges to Leigh Leopards)

Yorkshire live announced in May that Leigh Leopards had begun recruiting striker Brad Martin from Castleford Tigers for the 2025 season.

The 23-year-old has made 39 appearances for Castleford since making his first-team debut in 2020 when he joined the Tigers academy from Leeds Rhinos.

Martin is likely to join new recruit David Armstrong at Leigh Sports Village next year.
